This console houses the PC, monitor, color printer and uninterruptable power supply (UPS). Defect-associated data is transmitted to the console from the mounted camera(s) via off-the-shelf Ethernet cables. The entire inspection system is controlled from the console using the Web Ranger's easy-to-operate Web Analyst and Web Inspector Graphical User Interfaces. The Web Analyst provides access to all inspection parameters, allowing precise configurations to be developed for each type of material to be inspected. The Web Inspector handles online monitoring tasks including real-time web maps, trend analysis, advanced reports, and storage and retrieval of all data from the Microsoft SQL Server database.
